How to make Vegan Chocolate Almond Milk! This chocolate almond milk recipe is not only dairy free and delicious, but will remind you of your childhood - without the Moo! Ingredients: 3.5 cups filtered water 1 cup raw almonds (for even better results, soak the almonds overnight in a container) 2 tbsp cacao powder 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste) Directions: 1. Pour the filtered water into your vitamix (or blender) 2. Add the almonds, cacao powder, and maple syrup 3. Blend on highest setting for around 1min 4. Line a big jug or mixing bowl with cheese cloth or a nut milk bag 5. Gently squeeze out the almond milk 6.
